Vision

Developing the Board as a skilled, timely and information-technology welfare organization aimed at providing service to the Republic's employees.

Mission

Supporting the socio-economic security of all employees and their families belonging to the board of civil servants working in the Republic, by providing welfare services.

Objectives and objectives

1. Attempts to make the Republic employees as special employees of the republic by increasing their talent and competence by providing assistance to the special needs of the Republic.

2. Using modern information communication technology, by changing the continuity of the traditional work of the board, creating a suitable environment for the service provider to provide the desired services.

3. In order to implement the vision of the board, the board of employees determines the work to be done at the beginning of the year, taking necessary steps for performing the tasks accordingly.

4. By applying skilled employees of skilled and experienced professionals, try to establish the office as a beautiful model of service.

5. Allocate available to the Board's revenue and welfare fund, and to achieve the desired results by implementing the proper distribution and working-based sector in the beginning of the financial year.

6. Following the guidelines of the Board, try to adopt the way that the service candidate easily finds the desired service.

7. Provide timely training to the employees of the board to handle the board's activities using the latest information technology and prepare them for the challenges of their twenty-first century.

8. To supervise and supervise the supervision of directors and deputy directors of the various programs of the Board, whether it is being implemented in the future, and informing the Director General about the problem if it is confused.

9. Those employees of the Republic who are still not aware of the services and cooperation provided by the welfare board, try to inform them about the issue of providing services on behalf of the board.
